Practice Support Manager
Employed as Practice Support Manager Claire and is responsible for the day to day running of the practices contact centre, receptionists and data team. She carries out a wide variety of additional managerial duties and will be happy to help you with any questions about the service offered.

Clinical Services Manager
Responsible for coordination of GP, registrars and nursing staffing along managing the practices complaints processes. She carries out a wide variety of additional managerial duties and will be happy to help you with any questions about the service offered.

Our Pharmacist / Pharmacy Team Manager overseas medication and medication review queries and managers the practices pharmacy team. He carries out a wide variety of additional managerial duties and will be happy to help you with any questions about the service offered.

Finance and Premises Manager
Our Finance and Premises Manager deals with all premises and accounting matters ensuring prudent management of the practice’s finances. She is based at Adwalton House Surgery where she works closely with Mr Horton. She carries out a wide variety of additional managerial duties and will be happy to help you with any questions about the service offered.

Jane-Menn works closely with the Pharmacy Team Manager and deals with patient medication requests / medication reviews.

Pharmacy Technical Officer
Amelia supports the practice pharmacy technician and pharmacists by coordinating and patient medication review queries along with supporting the pharmacy support officers.
Tracy Smith and Jayne Lancaster
Pharmacy Support Officer
Both Tracy and Jayne handles all repeat prescriptions requests. They are happy to help by liaising between clinicians and patients if problems or queries arise in relation to repeat medications.

The data team provides support to colleagues within the practice around data analysis, monitoring clinical targets, coordination of long term condition reviews along with the organising clinical campaigns throughout the year (smoking, flu etc) and auditing patient and practice data.
