Our practice manager is responsible for all non-clinical areas of the practice. If you have any queries about the practice or any comments on the provision of General Medical Services provided by the practice Mr Horton will be pleased to help.

Practice Support Manager

Employed as Practice Support Manager Claire and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the practices contact centre, receptionists and data. She carries out a wide variety of additional managerial duties and will be happy to help you with any questions about the service offered.

Jill Peel

Clinical Services Manager

Responsible for co-ordination of GP, Registrars and nursing staffing along managing the practices complaints processes. She carries out a wide variety of additional managerial duties and will be happy to help you with any questions about the service offered.

Finance & Premises Manager

Our Finance & Premises Manager deals with all premises and accounting matters ensuring prudent management of the practice’s finances. She is based at Adwalton House Surgery where she works closely with Mr Horton. She carries out a wide variety of additional managerial duties and will be happy to help you with any questions about the service offered.

Practice Pharmacist / Pharmacy Team Manager

Our Pharmacist / Pharmacy Team Manager overseas medication and medication review queries and managers the practices pharmacy team. He carries out a wide variety of additional managerial duties and will be happy to help you with any questions about the service offered.

Jane-Menn works closely with the pharmacy team manager and deals with patient medication requests / medication reviews.

Pharmacy Technical Officer

Amelia supports the practice pharmacy technician and pharmacists by coordinating and patient medication review queries along with supporting the pharmacy support officers.

Pharmacy Support Officer

Both Tracy & Jayne handles all repeat prescriptions requests. They are happy to help by liaising between clinicians and patients if problems or queries arise in relation to repeat medications.

Our secretaries handle all correspondence for our doctors. Together they run the department processing all hospital referral.

Care Coordinator

Joanne provides admin support to the practices management team and also supports in providing responses to insurance companies, outside agencies and patients with regard to patient records requests, DLVA reports and arranges medical examinations needed for pre-employment, physical sports and heavy goods vehicle licences.
