Practice Management

Mr Steve Horton (m)

Practice & Business Manager

Our practice manager is responsible for all non-clinical areas of the practice. If you have any queries about the practice or any comments on the provision of General Medical Services provided by the practice Mr Horton will be pleased to help. 

Mrs Jackie Morrow (f)

HR & Finance Manager

Our HR & Finance Manager deals with all human resources abd accounting matters ensuring prudent management of the practice's finances. She is based at Adwalton House Surgery where she works closely with Mr Horton.

Mrs Dawn Eland (f)

Systems Development Manager

Mrs Eland works alongside Mr Horton to manage and oversee the development of strategies / policies / systems within the practice.

Mrs Elizabeth Field (f)

Patient Liaison Manager

Employed as Patient Liaison Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the receptions at all three surgeries. She carries out a wide variety of additional administrative duties and will be happy to help you with any questions about the service offered. 

Mrs Jill Peel (f)

Patient Services Manager

Responsible for co-ordination of clinical staffing along with the practice support team. She works alongside Mr Horton helping with both the development of strategies and the initiating of policies within the practice. 

Administration

Mrs Tracy Smith (f)

Tracy has specific responsibilities for patient registrations and general administration along with audit to deliver Department of Health requirements. She is also based at Windsor House Surgery.

Miss Charlotte White (f)

Charlotte handles all repeat prescriptions. She is based at Windsor House Surgery and is happy to help by liaising between clinicians and patients if problems or queries arise in relation to repeat medications. 

Mrs Rachel Bethell (f)

Rachel provides support to colleagues within the practice around data analysis and clinical campaigns throughout the year(smoking, flu etc) along with auditing patient and practice data. Rachel s based at Adwalton House Surgery .

Our receptionists have a demanding and difficult job, but are here to help you and will always deal with your requests as efficiently as possible.  When the surgery is busy this can occasionally take time so please try to be patient.

Working from Windsor House Surgery, our secretaries handle all correspondence for our doctors.  Together they run the department processing all hospital referrals, as well as the completion of reports requested by insurance companies and outside agencies with regard to mortgage applications, life assurance and pensions, disabled parking badges and other social services enquiries.  They also have responsibility for the organisation of outreach clinics provided at Adwalton House Surgery and make arrangements for medical examinations needed for pre-employment, physical sports and heavy goods vehicle licences.
