You can now book your appointments on-line (click here)
To register for this service you will need to phone the Windsor House Surgery and organise a time to speak to our reception team.
When you attend the surgery bring in some Photo ID (driving licence or passport) with you.
The reception team will then begin the registration process with you and once this has been completed you will be able to book your appointment on the internet!
Telephone appointments are available for simple queries or reviews
Patients can request telephone appointments for simple problems that a doctor does not need to physically see them for. These are likely to be inappropriate if you or your child feel unwell or you have a problem the doctor will need to physically see e.g. a rash.
