Patient Survey Outcome 2016 (click here)

By selecting the "Upload Survey Report" tab to your left you will now be able to view the findings from our recent survey along with the Action Plan that the Practice and the Patient Participation Group are currently working on improve the services / care that we provide.

The Means Earnings for GPs (click here)

All GP Practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.

The average pay for GP's working within Windsor House Group Practice in the last financial year was £56,742.58. This is for 6 full time GPs and 4 part time GPs who worked in the practice for more than six months.

95% of patients are likely or extremely likely to recommend WHGP

In July 2018 91.6% of patients were likely or extremely likely to recommend Windsor House Group Practice.

This will allow us to improve communication between the Leeds hospitals and our Practice.

When you are admitted to hospital they will be able to instantly see a summary version of your GP record and medication list. This will help them improve your treatment whilst in hospital.

You can now book your appointments on-line (click here)

To register for this service you will need to phone the Windsor House Surgery and organise a time to speak to our reception team.

When you attend the surgery bring in some Photo ID (driving licence or passport) with you.

The reception team will then begin the registration process with you and once this has been completed you will be able to book your appointment on the internet!

Telephone appointments are available for simple queries or reviews

Patients can request telephone appointments for simple problems that a doctor does not need to physically see them for. These are likely to be inappropriate if you or your child feel unwell or you have a problem the doctor will need to physically see e.g. a rash.
